An October 2021 case of a BBL gone wrong is just now making headlines. According to reports published Saturday, Jaynisha ‘Jayla’ Williams, 26, died during this time after a botched BBL at Best U Cosmetic Surgery in Plantation Florida. Williams, 26, passed away after never waking up after an unlicensed doctor botched thee anesthesia during the procedure.
During the procedure, the office knowingly lied to Latoshia Leggett the woman’s mother falsely reassuring her that her daughter was safe and everything was fine. Except the young woman was one of the only patients that never actually woke up despite the false reassurance.
Leggett told NBC6 Miami: ‘They politely grabbed me and said, ‘your daughter is dead.’
