Formally known as the St Edward ‘s Crown the famed royal headwear will undergo some changes next year just before Charles coronation. According to reports out this weekend, royal officials and aides are racing to have the crown altered so it will properly fit the monarch ahead of his big night. Mappin and Webb who has been the royal jeweller since 2017 will undergo the huge task of ensuring the jewels fit.
