Donald Trump ‘s Truth Social is headed to the Google store despite its known mass reputation for being an app littered with misinformation. Following months of arguing back and forth with Google, the social media giant has given the greenlight for the app to launch on its Playstore when it sees fit.
According to Google, the app will be held to account if it fails to moderate content considering the often violent nature of the content Trump and his followers often spew.
Google said its concerns include violations of Play Store policies banning threats and incitement to violence, reports Reuters.
