Chinese state media is backtracking although not explaining why on a new report that was published today that appeared to confirm an extraordinary claim. China ‘s Ministry of Science published a report this morning that appeared to suggest that alien signals have been detected. The report also does note, however, that further research is being done to determine what exactly caused the signals to appear. In one instance in 2020 they were detected outside of our solar system, in the other, they were detected while researchers were exploring exoplanets with the country’s Sky Eye Telescope.

Although deleted we got a view of the report before it vanished. Scientists in China claim that using their fancy $180m telescopes that launched in 2020 — they’ve already allegedly detected 3 different signals spanning 20′-Present that appear to have come from potential alien civilizations. More research is expected but it is unclear if China would actually tell the world the truth.
