A lawsuit that claims that the federal government at least immigration authorities have been ignoring prisoner requests for booster shots. According to Reuters, Sorokin along with a host of other ICE inmates claims that the government has categorically denied them their right to a booster shot to help them fend off severe COVID-19. Sorokin apparently got the virus in January and has since been added to a growing lawsuit by the ACLU.
ICE refused to comment on the matter though maintains that they follow all appropriate COVID guidelines per the CDC.
