The unwarranted murder of Ahmaud Arbery has found justice. On Wednesday, jury members in the case found each of the three men guilty on every charge in which they were charged with (9 apiece according to the multiple U.S reports.) Greg McMichael, 65 and his son Travis McMichael, 35, have each been convicted for their role in the murders with Travis having made a racist 911 phone call moments prior to murdering Arbery.
Travis McMichael who famously recorded the video and did nothing to stop the murder has also been charged with murder. Per the ruling in the case, each of the 3 men now faces a minimum of life in prison without the possibility of parole. Each of the men also faces additional federal trials next year which likely will carry additional life sentences.
