Jes Staley one of the many bosses over at Barclay’s Bank is now reportedly without employment. According to reports, a previously sealed document detailing Saley ‘s alleged relationship with Jeffrey Epstein is coming in a matter of days. Reports indicate that Saley was secretly one of Epstein’s many private bankers at his previous job, but, did not actually disclose that in any form to his current job.
That’s a problem because Epstein ‘s name has been permanently tarnished. According to what we’ve learned he has been replaced by CS Venkatakrishnan.
His downfall apparently came at the head of a Financial Conduct Authority’s investigation which did not indicate he knew of or saw any of Epstein’s crimes though appears to have had a financial relationship with him. Barclay’s shares fell about 3% upon the revelations hitting the papers.
