Although we own the rights to our name in China we have no interest in actually launching a business in China. We have never had a desire to do such because we are a media outlet that otherwise likely would be subject to the government ‘s draconian media rules.
We do however have a pending launch of Bazaar Daily Japan coming next year. It will be a mixed language outlet and we’re thrilled to be entering Asia for the first time. Our outlets have always been accessible to people in China (and we have always allowed VPN access) but we do not have an outlet itself in China.
We’ve grown allot this year and have brought our outlets to much of the accessible world and we thank you for your continued support.
