Deadliest shipwreck of 2020 adds to the hellish year that has been 2020

2020 as the headline suggests has been a year that we are all certainly waiting to end. Unfortunately, as the year comes to a close we’ve obviously got quite a few more loops and hoops to jump through before that happens.

According to the United Nations Migration Agency more than 140 migrants drowned off the coast of Senegal this week after the ship they were on capsized.

Per CNN, a few dozen managed to be rescued although the others weren’t. It remains not totally clear as to what caused the capsizing of the vessel.
