With an infection rate now floating below 1%, NYC officials and Gov Cuomo have announced that on Monday an announcement will be made when said attractions can lawfully re-open. According to the Governor, with the new measures and health stats readily available — so long as strict rules are followed venues should be able to open back up.
The announcement is expected Monday afternoon.
