Drug companies in America (as most know) are actually the real drug dealers of America. But in the cases against those blamed for their parts in the opioid crisis, makers across the board are attempting to have the judge in most of their cases recused.
The AP reports that a motion has been filed in Cleveland, that, hopes to recuse Judge Dan Polster. Lawyers for multiple pharmacies; drug companies, makers, and the like argued in that filing that Polster is biased against them for alleged comments made via multiple interviews.
