Donald Trump is apparently planning a new assault on the environment in the United States. According to reports, Trump is set to unveil a plan in the coming days — that will allow each state to individually lay out its own coal-emission standards.Â
The Washington Post reports that Trump hopes that by 2030Â coal-emission levels will be reduced by all of 1.5% (Obama’s plan previously that has now been reversed had hoped to reduce them by 19% by that year).
The White House remained mum on reports of the plan on Sunday, meanwhile, reporters continued to duel over Omarosa’s shocking new claims about salacious text messages from Trump so many years ago.Â
