Hope Hicks was once the most talked about woman in the White House (until Stormy Daniels became a thing), but then, she resigned.   Her resignation  saw Hicks become a national point of interest, mostly, because  she is the only person that has been around Trump since the beginning.  Now, the New Yorker, is out with a lengthy profile on the former W.H Communications Director — and it is well worth the read.

While the piece doesn’t directly disclose much of anything that wasn’t already known about Hicks, it does, open the door for a few new questions.    Per the piece,  one thing became clear,  Trump allegedly apologised to Hicks’  for everything she had gone through while at the White House.  Something, ehum, that has  sparked discussion online.

Surprisingly, as New York points out,   Hicks’  resignation was apparently welcomed by the President.    The magazine claims that Hicks’ was told by Trump, that, “I understand your decision, and,  I hope you go on to make allot of money”.

Interestingly,  the magazine wasn’t able to find out much of what happened behind closed doors in terms of those pesky  Congressional hearings.    The hearings, perhaps,   are also likely what led to Hicks’ resignation as they grew closer and anticipated.

Hicks has kept a  pretty low-key profile since her resignation.
