Battle Lines:  Microsoft employees staging protests over company ‘s direct links to Israeli military

Microsoft is in the headlines. According to reports, the U.S tech giant is facing down the barrel of  employee led protests this week after it emerged that its Azure software is being used by the Israeli military against Palestinians.

The Lowdown

According to The Guardian, Microsoft is facing falls for protests from its employees months after it was revealed they’re in bed with Israel.    Three months ago, it was revealed that Microsoft ‘s Azure software is being used in the war in Gaza to track Palestinians.   The company at the time announced that an investigation had been launched to determine how such happened.

The Guardian notes that employees occupied the east campus of the company ‘s offices in Redmond Washington on Tuesday afternoon.
