In the long-running Hollywood legal saga of Blake Lively v Justin Baldoni new developments. According to a ruling on Wednesday Lively has been ordered to turn over pertinent texts from Swift in regards to what she may know about the accusations made about Lively ‘s time on set.
The Lowdown
Judge Lewis J Liman who is presiding over the long and rather scandalous case of Blake Lively v Justin Baldoni has handed down a new ruling. According to reports, Lively must turn over pertinent text messages to Baldoni ‘s legal team that may or may not reveal an alleged extent to which Swift may be aware of Lively ‘s time on set and how such really went.
The ruling in part appears to stem from Lively ‘s own revelation that Swift is likely someone to have direct knowledge about the complaints Lively made about Baldoni.
Entertainment Weekly reports that Lively ‘s team tried to stop Baldoni ‘s team from obtaining the text messages though a judge ultimately found that there is ‘reasonable’ curiousity in regards to the text messages that otherwise would prove or disprove Lively ‘s claim of harassment and retaliation. For her part, Swift has tried to remain out of the saga and has not commented publicly on the matter.
