Disgraced U.S rapper Sean Kingston’s once short-lived career is back in the headlines. According to reports, the U.S based rapper and his Mom have been found guilty in the $1m scheme they allegedly perpetrated.

Sean Kingston is staring down the barrel of many years in prison. According to a Friday ruling, Kingston and his mother Janice Turner were found guilty in a huge $1m fraud case. Turner for her part was remanded to custody following the verdict pending a sentencing hearing on 11 July, Kingston remains free but confined to his home.
Kingston is required to post a surety bond of a home of at least $500k in value and an additional $200k in cash in regards to the case. He will remain free until his sentencing which is also scheduled for July.
As previously reported by Bazaar Daily, Kingston and his mother Ms Turner were accused of defrauding a host of businesses across South Florida. They included a jewelery business, a luxury bed company, a used luxury and exotic car dealership, and a luxury microLED TV company. Kingston was first arrested back in May in California on a warrant out of Broward County Florida.
