According to police, an investigation is underway following a deadly stabbing yesterday in Bushwick. Police say that a 24-year-old man was stabbed dead.

The man identified as Shaliek Smith, 24, was stabbed dead in Bushwick around 3:40 pm yesterday on Halsey Street. Police say a group of men dressed in dark clothing approached him before opening fire.
