As investigators continue to comb over security footage and leads, new details have emerged about their findings in the death of Brian Thompson.

The Lowdown

According to reports, investigators in the case have uncovered new details about the weapon used to gun down Thompson in the middle of Manhattan. While the shooter still remains unidentified, authorities have uncovered an apparent water bottle from the scene of the crime that may have DNA on it. The exact nature of the DNA or its findings haven’t been fully determined as of yet.
