In a stomach turning turn of events, a former FBI agent who managed to evade second-degree murder charges two years ago is back in the headlines. The agent Eduardo Valdivia,40, is staring down the barrel of ten different charges.
The Lowdown
According to WaPo, Valdivia is accused of sexually assaulting two women using phony names meant to deceive them. The names ‘Lalo Brown’ and ‘El Boogie’ were shared with the two Maryland women prior to the attacks linking Valdivia to the alleged crimes.
WaPo notes that the assaults allegedly occurred inside of a tattoo shop in Gaithersburg after the two women were invited there via Instagram.
