According to reports, Newsmax which ran the widely debunked claims that Smartmatic hijacked the election for Joe Biden has settled.

With trial set up for next week, the case of Smartmatic v Newsmax has been settled. NBC News reports that details of the settlement weren’t immediately made public.
Smart watch’s suit basically surrounded 24 claims made by Newsmax falsely leading their viewers to believe the 2020 election was stolen.
