Utah woman who wrote a book about grief after allegedly poisoning her husband is set to appear in court

Kouri Richards is facing numerous serious charges related to the fetanyl death of her husband Eric Richins back in 2022. The case is now set to go before the court.

The Lowdown

The case against Utah woman Kouri Richards who infamously wrote a children’s book after allegedly offing her husband with fentanyl is headed for court.  According to reports, Richards stands accused of several felony crimes including pumping her husband  full of 5x the lethal dose of the drug.

Richins is due in court today to determine  how if and when a trial may proceed in the sensational story.   Prosecutors argue that Richins spiked a Moscow Mule cocktail in an effort to kill her husband.
