According to reports, Donald Trump will not see the inside of a Georgia court room until at least December. Initially expected to be heard in October, the GA case and Fani Willis’s involvement will have to wait.

The Lowdown

The Atlanta Journal Constitution reports that the ‘delay’ is due to a scheduling conflict as entered into the court case. It is not clear whose scheduling conflict resulted in the delay, although the case is set to resume on 5 December. An appeal in the case will play out until then stemming from a previous attempt to remove Fani Willis from the case which was rejected at the time.
