Following Alabama’s religiously charged ruling that embryos are children — the WH is weighing options to protect services for IVF patients.

The Lowdown

NBC reports that administration officials are exploring all options including policy options and new messaging on reproducetive rights. The renewed discussions around reproductive rights were put back into the spotlight following the fall of Roe v Wade.

NBC also notes that per White House sources Biden is expected to address the stunning decision out of Alabama during the 7 March SOTU address.
