The anticipated ruling by Judge Engoron in the fraud case against Donald Trump in New York is here. According to the ruling and it is a big one, Trump has not only been fined but his business licenses have been suspended.

The Lowdown

According to Trump’s legal team, they do intend to appeal the ruling though it is unclear how fast or when they intend to do so. Trump’s infamous lawyer Alaina Habba vowed to appeal swiftly claiming that there were ‘countless’ hours of evidence and testimony that ‘proved’ there was no crime or wrongdoing that took place.
