Matthew Pritzker, may not sound like a familiar name, but his family particularly uncles were well known for founding none other than the Hyatt hotel chain. Pritzker, however, probably wasn’t the belle of the ball at Thanksgiving amid reports that he has been sued for sexual assault.

Court documents found by Bazaar Daily thanks to a tipster discovered that the incident occurred on or roughly about 31 May 2009. The woman claims that she was plied with drinks and too intoxicated to have consented to any part of it. It allegedly occurred in Upper Manhattan, New York at the time.

The plaintiff is also asking for all costs including attorney fees. As many know the suit comes just as New York ‘s Survivors Act expired.

Editors Note: A previous version of this story misspelled the word ‘court’ as ‘cort.’
