US star Jamie Foxx is now the subject of a sexual assault lawsuit according to TMZ. On Wednesday, TMZ obtained docs that showed a complaint against Foxx dating back to 2015.
In the complaint, the woman alleges that during an encounter at a rooftop bar in NYC that year — Foxx was heavily intoxicated and forced himself on her. The suit came a day before New York’s survivors act expires — which allows victims to file claims of assault long after the statute of limitations had expired.
She claims she “has suffered and continues to suffer physical and emotional injuries, anxiety, distress, embarrassment and economic harm.”
