Rudy Guiliani has officially been booked on charges related to the election fraud case against him and 18 other co-conspirators. Guiliani joins a chorus of Trump world cronies now facing the music over their crimes against the United States.
In the case, Guiliani is charged with essentially spearheading Trump ‘s efforts to overturn Georgia ‘s eection results when he lost to Joe Biden just by a margin in the state. Guiliani was once a respected attorney having previously fought against members of the mob during his career.
For his role in the scheme, Guiliani has been charged with making false statements and soliciting false testimony, conspiring to create false paperwork and asking state lawmakers to violate their oath of office to appoint an alternate slate of pro-Trump electors.
Elsewhere, Kraken lawyer Sidney Powell has also turned herself in to authorities in Fulton County.
