Britney Spears appears to be poised to walk away from her marriage still a very rich woman. According to reports, initial reports suggested that her estranged husband Sam Asghari would ‘go after’ her with embarrassing videos and information if she did not renegotiate her prenup.
New reports out today paint a more positive picture of a divorced Britney. According to TMZ, Spears’ in fact, has an iron-clad prenup in place that prevents Asghari from a number of things including access to spousal support. The ironclad agreement also has a confidentiality clause that forces Asghari to remain quiet about Britney Spears.
Asghari partially misses out on most forms of financial payout because they were not married long enough per the agreement. Asghari and SPars were only married 14 months missing the two-year mark that would’ve given him a $1m payout for every two years they were married.
