Donald Trump ‘s flimsy lawsuit against CNN has been dismissed. According to reports, a judge has thrown out the case on grounds that Trump did not have merit to bring it to begin with.
In the original $400m lawsuit against CNN, Trump argued that when the network repeatedly used the phrase ‘big lie’ during its 2020 election coverage that it made him seem like Adolf Hiter. Judge Raag Singhal ― a Trump-appointed judge ultimately ruled that the suit be thrown because the use of the phrase did not merit defammation.
