The massive search for missing actor Julian Sands has come to an end. According to police, human remains were found this week and have since been identified as those of the actor.
English actor Julian Sands has been confirmed dead months after having gone missing in January. Sands disappeared back in January while out and about in the San Gabriel Mountains in California. Initially, weather conditions had hindered the search early on until police renewed search efforts earlier this month.
“The manner of death is still under investigation, pending further test results,” the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department said in a statement. “We would like to extend our gratitude to all the volunteers that worked tirelessly to locate Mr. Sands.”
