Convicted fraudster Elizabeth Holmes is finally headed to prison. According to a ruling out Wednesday, the judge in the case ordered Homes to appear for prison on 30 May to begin her sentence. Holmes had previously attempted to delay her prison sentence, however, a last-minute appeal to remain free while she fight the case ended up being denied.

US Judge Edward Davila also ruled that Holmes and her co-conspirator turned former boyfriend are on the hook for $437m. $125m of that payout will go to none other than disgraced media mogul Rupert Murdoch whose Fox News was recently found liable in the now infamous Dominion Voting Systems v Fox News lawsuit.
