The Supreme Court has officially ruled that at least for now abortion drugs must remain on the market. Justices ultimately decided that the ill-fated ruling out of Texas would effectively be blocked in full.
This means that women will be able to legally obtain mifepristone by mail, use it at home, and use it up to 10 weeks into a pregnancy. Litigation is expected to continue in the lower courts.
It is the latest development in the ongoing right-wing led mission in America to force women into giving birth no matter what.
