An announcement from the Clay County Police Dept on the status of Andrew Lester has been made. He is the white man who brazenly shot Ralph Yarl who is black in the head for knocking on the wrong door. Yarl had intended to pick up his siblings, but had accidentally went to the wrong address.
Andrew Lester, charged in the shooting of Ralph Yarl, has surrendered at our Detention Center. He is in custody.
