Prince Harry has in fact been contacted by Buckingham Palace in an effort to get the Prince on board to attend the upcoming coronation of King Charles III. NBC reports that the palace and Harry have been in contact over e-mail to secure attendance. If Harry and the Duchess of Sussex actually attend it would be the first meeting between the group since Harry deepened family tensions with the release of his best-selling memoir ‘Spare.’
NBC also notes that according to a statement from the Sussexes, it is unclear if they will attend at this time.
“An immediate decision on whether the Duke and Duchess will attend will not be disclosed by us at this time,” the couple’s office said in a statement.
