Notorious scammer Jacob Wohl and his cohort from those infamous robo calls have learned their fate

Back in 2020, Wohl (largely known for being a conman) and his cohort Jack Burkman engaged in a series of robo-calls that essentially attempted to disenfranchise as many Black voters as possible. Now the duo has learned their fate and will pay enormous fines to boot for their despicable behaviours.

Overall — the two must pay upwards of $5m in fines; spend two years on supervised GPS monitoring surveillance, pleaded guilty to telecommunications fraud, and now have learned their overall fate.

A new ruling handed down by Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court has been handed down. In that ruling, per The New York Times, a judge has ruled that they both must spend at least 500 hours registering voters or else.
