Disgraced reality stars Todd and Julie Chrisley are officially going to federal prison. According to the Department of Justice, both have been sentenced to prison with Todd getting 12 years for his role and Julie receiving 7 years for her role in the scheme. As it turns out, the duo ran a years-long substantial tax fraud scheme having even gone as far as to scam banks out of massive loans to fund their lifestyle. The couple was only allegedly caught after a gay affair between Todd Chrisley and an employee went public.

Federal officials also sentenced their accountant Peter Tarantin to 36 months in club fed. Prosecutors managed to nail the couple for the scheme which they successfully argued in court had actually started before their rise to reality T.V fame.

They have been married 26 years and share five children: Lindsie, 32; Kyle, 30; Chase, 25; Savannah, 24; and Grayson, 16.
