Jose Gomez, 21, has been sentenced to 25 years in prison on federal hate crime charges after his previous stunt saw Gomez inside of Sam ‘s Club later assaulting an Asian family over false claims they were responsible for COVID-19. Per the Department of Justice, the incident reportedly occurred on 14 March 2020.
