American T.V operator DirecTV is poised to drop OAN (One America News) from its network indefinitely in April. According to the U.S company, the move comes after several months of lies and deception by the network which was secretly funded by AT&T at the time. AT&T is understood to have provided millions of dollars in funding to the network despite the fact that much of what they presented to American viewers was never actually real.

‘We informed Herring Networks that, following a routine internal review, we do not plan to enter into a new contract when our current agreement expires,’ a DirecTV spokesperson said in an emailed statement to Reuters.
