American pop legend Britney Spears has reportedly won a small victory in the conservatorship battle against her father Jamie Spears. According to a ruling in Los Angeles, Jamie Spears is now required to split conservatorship duties with an outside trust that is expected to co-handle Britney ‘s affairs.
Bessemer Trust will stay on as co-conservator of Britney ‘s estate meanwhile Britney is still trying to remove her father as co-conservator entirely. Her attorneys, however, have recognized that such is a separate issue and that is expected to be handled at a later time.
