In what might seem like a real life political reality show, Donald Trump ‘s 2nd impeachment trial is poised to begin tomorrow following reports of agreements met in Washington. According to Majority Leader Chuck Schumer — tentative deals have been reached aisle-wide on how the trial will work; when and how questions can be asked, and how much time will be allotted to each side.
“The structure that we have agreed to is eminently fair,” Schumer said Monday. McConnell said the deal ” preserves due process and the rights of both sides.”
A bipartisan resolution (click here) has since been released laying out much of the framework for the proceedings set to begin tomorrow.
