That’s because he uh wasn’t apparently being supervised trying to his homework on the balcony at 7am. According to reports and the NYPD, a 13-year-old boy identified as Matthew Pierre is dead this week after accidentally plunging to his death.
The tragic accident reportedly happened off of West 43rd but we won’t publish any further information beyond that point.
He was pronounced dead at the scene after having been found unresponsive by passerby’s.
Fun fact: This building, the Manhattan Plaza Apartments, are in fact where Alicia Keys was born and that of Samuel L. Jackson worked as a security guard.
