The U.S has now recorded its highest COVID-19 related death toll since June

Despite weeks of repeated claims by Trump and the GOP, the Coronavirus in almost no fashion is actually slowing down. In fact, according to the latest numbers Tuesday marked a grim day for the U.S as its death toll soared.

According to reports, the U.S marked more than 1,000 COVID-19 related deaths on Tuesday (the highest death toll since at least 2 June.) That death toll accounts for high numbers in states like Oregon and Nevada, where the virus has shown no signs of slowing down as of late.

Public health experts have been warning for weeks that in the weeks following mass infection(s) (aka cases rising) — death tolls rising aren’t all that far off.
