The death of Naya Rivera has stunned T.V fans far and wide. Earlier last week, Rivera went missing following a boat ride with her son Josey on Lake Piru in California. By sundown on Sunday, Rivera, 33, was confirmed to be dead after a body surfaced in the northeastern most corner of the lake.
Autopsy reports in that death are now out and as suspected, Rivera died of a shocking case of accidental drowning. Medical examiners late Tuesday were able to make a full identification and determine the exact cause of death — ruling the ultimate manner an accident.
Rivera best known for playing the acid-tongued cheerleader Santana Lopez on Glee is survived by her son Josey.
