As many parts of America are still battling the first wave what is being called the 2nd wave of COVID-19 is preparing to pummel America. According to Andrew Cuomo — NYC and the Tri-state area have now enacted some of the toughest Coronavirus measures yet.
THESE STATES MUST QUARANTINE:
Alabama
Arkansas
Arizona
Florida
North Carolina
South Carolina
Washington
Utah
Texas
Among those measures violators will actually be hit with upwards of $10,000 fines. In New York, visitors from at least 9 states are now required to quarantine for at least two weeks and they will be stopped by police. On Wednesday, Cuomo confirmed that out-of-state license plates may be stopped by police and subject to confirmation as to where they’re exactly coming from.
The move comes amid a desperate scramble by New York ‘s government to contain the virus before rages once more.
