According to the New York Post, it has now been revealed that the man who reportedly initially called the cops on Ahmaud Arbery now claims that he wasn’t jogging because he was wearing “saggy pants.”

“Saw the fella earlier before it happened, and I called the police probably about 10 minutes before it happened,” the man told the outlet. “I didn’t call 911, I called the non-emergency number. I saw him running but he wasn’t running through the neighborhood.”
