Exactly one month to the day since Donald Trump declared that he doesn’t take responsibility for the COVID-19 outbreak at all — Donald Trump now has done a complete 180. Trump ‘s newest and perhaps most memorable meltdown came on the dime of the New York Times, who, published a piece detailing Trump ‘s politically charged response to the deadly virus outbreak.
