A federal judge in DC has ruled that Trump ‘s rule-change for the food stamp program in America cannot proceed. According to Judge Howell ‘s ruling, he cited the coronavirus as one of many reasons as to why the cannot take flight — considering “large access to food needs to be readily available.”
The change would have taken flight in April.
