Creepy attorney Michael Avenatti has been found guilty in what was an obvious case from the start. According to reports, the former lawyer who helped Stormy Daniels bring her case against Donald Trump was found guilty of extortion this week after having apparently failed to extort the fashion brand for millions over apparent claims that he had also fabricated.
“I’ll go take ten billion dollars off your client’s market cap,” Avenatti told Nike attorneys on March 20, 2019, according to the complaint. “I’m not fucking around.”
Nike has told fed officials that Avenatti had began his rouse amid claims that he claimed he knew of basketball violations within a team sponsored by Nike.
