There’s trouble brewing in Washington, and now, it appears that it may be turning into real trouble for President Trump. The New York Post reported Monday that the now White House lawyer reportedly tipped off Donald Trump in January, that, General Flynn may have been lying.
The original report came from CNN, who, spoke to well placed sources within the White House — who — said that the counsel Donald McGahn had quietly informed Trump of the lying. A discussion that allegedly led to McGahn offering some presidential advice. That being, ehum, that Trump fire Flynn immediately.
But, Flynn didn’t disappear until much later. Now, the reports are signaling new questions into the investigation into the Trump administration. Meanwhile, Trump himself, is distancing himself from anybody who could potentially tarnish his presidency — considering — most believe Robert Mueller is preparing a massive obstruction of justice investigation behind the scenes.
