Trump’s wall is in the processes of building a prototype… 4 out of 8 building plans  have a foundations of concentrate and the other 4 have a base made out of “other material”. In Fridays announcements Trump said he wanted to have the wall be transparent to see on the other side of the wall. 
The construction is taking place about 2-miles East of
San Diego. Crossing at the end of steel-mesh fencing that runs from the Pacific Ocean.
The concrete designs will have openings to allow agents to see across the border.the constructions for the designs are currently 3 months behind schedules due to lost bidders and protesters…
